Common use of Construction of the Project Clause in Contracts

Construction of the Project. The Municipality shall construct the Project, or cause it to be constructed, to Final Completion in accordance with the Application and the Plans and Specifications. The Municipality shall proceed with the acquisition and construction of the Project in conformity with law and with all applicable requirements of governmental authorities having jurisdiction with respect thereto, subject to such modifications of Plans and Specifications that alter the cost of the Project, use of space, Project scope, or functional layout, as may be previously approved by DNR.

Construction of the Project. The Municipality Municipality, as a member of the Commission, shall construct the Project, or cause it to be constructed, to Final Completion in accordance with the Application and the Plans and Specifications. The Municipality and the Commission shall proceed with the acquisition and construction of the Project in conformity with law and with all applicable requirements of governmental authorities having jurisdiction with respect thereto, subject to such modifications of Plans and Specifications that alter the cost of the Project, use of space, Project scope, or functional layout, as may be previously approved by DNR.
