Construction Manager as Judicial Council Representative. 2.3.1. Construction Manager is the Council’s representative for the Project and will render the Services as described in Exhibit “B,” which will commence upon the receipt of a Notice to Proceed signed by the Director. Construction Manager’s Services will be completed in accordance with the schedule attached as Exhibit “E.”
