Common use of Construction Engineering Clause in Contracts

Construction Engineering. Each Warrantor shall cause the applicable Group Company to obtain the Consents required for each construction engineering of the PRC Companies, including without limitation, the Construction Land Planning Permit (建设用地规划许可证), Construction Engineering Planning Permit (建设工程规划许可证), Construction Engineering Construction Permit (建筑工程施工许可证), Environmental Impact Appraisal Document (环境影响评价 文件), Pollutant Discharge Permit (排污许可证), Sewage Drainage Permit (排水许可证), as soon as practicable but in no event later than the time limit required by the applicable Laws or the competent Governmental Authority.
