Common use of Construction and Management Clause in Contracts

Construction and Management. No Owner shall do or permit or suffer to be done any act, deed, matter or thing which in any way interferes with or affects or which is likely to interfere with or affect the construction of any part of the Land and the Building at any time in the course of construction and/or the management and the maintenance of the Land and the Building or any part or parts thereof.
