Conservation in Perpetuity. As allowed by Alabama law, the DESIGNATED LAND TRUST shall maintain the conveyed property to support the biological integrity, diversity, and environmental health of the habitat.

Conservation Tenant hereby agrees to comply with all energy conservation procedures, controls and requirements instituted by Landlord pursuant to any government regulations or otherwise, including but not limited to controls on the permitted range of temperatures, the volume of energy consumption or the hours of operation of the Building. Institution by Landlord of such controls and requirements shall not entitle Tenant to terminate this Lease or to an abatement of any Rent payable hereunder.
Wildlife Do not feed any of the wildlife ever. Animals of any size are potentially dangerous. Feeding even small animals attracts predators. Supervise children at all times. Keep garage doors closed at all times except when entering or leaving the Rental Home.
Safety and Health Committee The District's Safety and Health Committee shall include three (3) classified staff members appointed by ECCE who shall fully participate in the duties and functions of the Committee. The Safety and Health Committee shall normally meet on a monthly basis.
Groundwater The groundwater shall not be degraded as a result of the waste maintained at the facility.
Wetlands When disposing of excess, soil, or other construction materials on public or private property, Contractor shall not fill in or otherwise convert wetlands.
Files Subject to Florida's Public Records Law Any file, report, record, document, paper, letter, or other material received, generated, maintained or sent by Grantee to Florida Housing or its agent(s) in connection with this agreement is subject to the provisions of Section 119.01- .15, Fla. Stat., as may be amended from time to time (Florida's Public Records Law). Grantee represents and acknowledges that it has read and understands Florida's Public Records Law and agrees to comply with Florida's Public Records Law. Pro-Children Act Grantee certifies that it is in compliance with the Pro-Children Act of 2001 in that it prohibits smoking in any portion of its facility used for the provision of health, day care, early childhood development services, education or library services to children under the age of eighteen (18), which services are supported by federal or state government assistance (except such portions of the facilities which are used for inpatient substance abuse treatment) (20 USC 7181-7184).
Hearing Protection Hearing protection devices that reduce noise exposure below 90 dba shall be worn in all posted high noise areas, when performing work that generates noise above 90 dba, or when required by CCI Management.
Personal Necessity 1.9.1 Unit members may use up to a maximum of ten (10) sick leave days from their current year sick leave allocation each work year for purposes of personal necessity.
Personal Medical Leave 1. Accrued 100% sick leave may be used at the employee's discretion. Such leave may be taken before or after the vacation described in No. 3 below.
