Consequences of Not Having a Valid Driver’s License or EMT Certificate. An employee who fails to have a valid driver’s license and/or a valid EMT Certificate at the time of recall shall be passed over until the next available vacancy occurring after he/she has notified the Department that he/she has corrected the deficiency. Nothing in this Subd. 8 is intended to supersede or limit any rights or benefits provided under applicable pension laws.
