Consent to Enforcement. The Employee confirms that all restrictions in Part 7 and 8 are reasonable and valid, and all defenses to the strict enforcement thereof by the Company are waived by the Employee. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Employee hereby consents to an injunction being granted by a court of competent jurisdiction in the event that the Employee is in any breach of any of the provisions stipulated in Part 7 and 8. The Employee hereby expressly acknowledges and agrees that injunctive relief is an appropriate and fair remedy in the event of a breach of any of the said provisions.
Consent to Enforcement. The Executive confirms that all restrictions in Sections 5.1, 5.2, and 5.3 are reasonable and valid and any defences to the strict enforcement thereof by the Company are waived by the Executive. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Executive hereby consents to an injunction being granted by a court of competent jurisdiction in the event that the Executive is in breach of any of the provisions stipulated in Sections 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3. The Executive hereby expressly acknowledges and agrees that injunctive relief is an appropriate and fair remedy in the event of a breach of any of the said provisions.
Consent to Enforcement. Each party hereby consents generally in respect of any proceedings to the giving of any relief or the issue of any process in connection with such proceedings including the making, enforcement or execution against any property whatsoever (irrespective of its use or intended use) of any order or judgement which may be made or given in such proceedings.
Consent to Enforcement. The Issuer consents generally in respect of any Proceedings to the giving of any relief or the issue of any process in connection with such Proceedings including (without limitation) the making, enforcement or execution against any property whatsoever (irrespective of its use or intended use) of any order or judgment which is made or given in such Proceedings. 15 Modification This Agreement may be amended by further agreement among the parties hereto and without the consent of the Noteholders.

The Borrower hereby consents generally in respect of any suit, action or proceeding which may arise out of or in connection with this Agreement to the giving of any relief or the issue of any process in connection with such action or proceeding including, without limitation, the making, enforcement or execution against any property whatsoever (irrespective of its use or intended use) of any order or judgment which may be made or given in such action or proceeding.

The Consultant confirms that all restrictions in paragraphs 6.3.2 and 6.3.3 are reasonable and valid, and any defences to the strict enforcement thereof by the Company are waived by the Consultant. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Consultant hereby consents to an injunction being granted by a court of competent jurisdiction in the event that the Consultant is in breach of any of the provisions stipulated in paragraphs 6.3.2. and 6.3.3. The Consultant hereby expressly acknowledges and agrees that injunctive relief is an appropriate and fair remedy in the event of a breach of any of the said provisions.
Consent to Enforcement. Each Obligor hereby consents generally in respect of any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Agreement to the giving of any relief or the issue of any process in connection with such action or proceeding including, without limitation, the making, enforcement or execution against any property whatsoever (irrespective of its use or intended use) of any order or judgment which may be made or given in such action or proceeding.
Consent to Enforcement. The Issuer agrees, without prejudice to the enforcement of a judgment obtained in the High Court of Justice of England and Wales in London (and any competent United Kingdom appellate court in respect of any appeal relating to any judgment or order originally of the High Court of Justice of England and Wales) according to the provisions of Article 54 of the International Private and Procedural Law of Turkey (No. 5718), that in the event that any action is brought in relation to the Issuer in a court in Turkey in connection with the Notes, in addition to other permissible legal evidence pursuant to the Civil Procedure Code of Turkey (No. 6100), any judgment obtained in such courts in connection with such action shall constitute conclusive evidence of the existence and amount of the claim against the Issuer, pursuant to the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 193 of the Civil Procedure Code of Turkey (No. 6100) and Articles 58 and 59 of the International Private and Procedural Law of Turkey (No. 5718).

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Contractor hereby consents to an injunction being granted by a court of competent jurisdiction in the event that the Contractor is in breach of any of the provisions stipulated in this Section 6. The Contractor hereby expressly acknowledges and agrees that injunctive relief is an appropriate and fair remedy in the event of a breach of any of the said provisions.

The Chargor consents generally in respect of any Proceedings to the giving of any relief or the issue of any process in connection with such Proceedings including (without limitation) the making, enforcement or execution against any property whatsoever (irrespective of its use or intended use) of any order or judgment which may be made or given in such Proceedings.
