LINE RENTAL Sample Clauses

LINE RENTAL. 4.2.1 Provision of and use of the Service If You take up Our Line Rental Service You must also take Our Call Service. We may take action to ensure all Calls are carried over Our Network. If We provide the Line Rental Service to You then You authorise Us to act on Your behalf in all dealings with any Third Party Operator in connection with any matter that enables Us to provide or to continue to provide You with the Line Rental Service. The Line Rental Service may be affected by circumstances We cannot control. For this and any other reason, We cannot guarantee that the Line Rental Service will be free of faults or interruptions, timely or secure. Certain Services which are provided by Third Party Operators may not be compatible with the Line Rental Service. You should be aware that such Services may be automatically removed from Your line during set up and may no longer be available to You. You agree to follow any reasonable instructions that We may give You about the Service. This includes giving Us or a Third Party Operator access to Your premises. You will agree to get any permission needed from someone else, for example Your neighbour or landlord, if We have to cross their land or put Our Equipment on their premises.
LINE RENTAL. Subject to clause 9.8, you must pay us line rental from the day we supply the Service. We will ask you to pay the rental monthly in advance. The rental will depend on the classification of the line. If we supply you with a temporary Service, we may reserve the right to charge you the line rental in advance for the whole period that you want the Service.
LINE RENTAL. 4.1 The Client agrees to the Previous Service Provider disclosing to 4SIGHT all information relating to the transfer or removal of equipment and/or select services that exist on any line at the time of the relevant Service Commencement Date.
LINE RENTAL. 3.2.1 The Company cannot be held responsible for any aspect of performance of this Service that adversely, either directly or indirectly, affects the business of the Customer.
LINE RENTAL. Any Free Line Rental given is given on the agreement that each and every SIM Card connected to The Network will be used within a period of 30 days of connection. Failure to use a SIM Card so connected within this 30 day period will result in any Free Line Rental applied to Your account being charged without notice.

  • Rent (a) Tenant shall pay to Landlord (or to Lender, if directed by Landlord), as minimum annual rent for the Leased Premises during the Term, basic rent (“Basic Rent”), payable in advance commencing on the first day of the first month following the month in which the Commencement Date occurs (unless the Commencement Date is the first day of a month, in which case commencing on the Commencement Date) and continuing on the first day of each calendar month thereafter during the Term (the said days being called the “Basic Rent Payment Dates”), and shall pay the same at Landlord’s address set forth below, or at such other place as Landlord from time to time may designate to Tenant in writing, in funds which at the time of such payment shall be legal tender for the payment of public or private debts in the United States of America and, if required by Landlord, by wire transfer in immediately available federal funds to such account in such bank as Landlord shall designate, from time to time. The Basic Rent due and payable during the first Lease Year shall be the Basic Rent set forth on the attached Schedule 6(a). Thereafter, Basic Rent for each subsequent Lease Year shall be an amount equal to One Hundred and One and One-Half Percent (101.5%) of the Basic Rent due and payable during the immediately preceding Lease Year. Upon request by Landlord, Tenant shall establish arrangements whereby payments of the Basic Rent and Additional Rent are transferred by Automated Clearing House Debit from an account established by Tenant at a United States bank or other financial institution to such account as Landlord may designate. If the Commencement Date shall occur on a date other than the first day of a calendar month, then, Basic Rent for the period from and including the Commencement Date through and including the last day of the month in which the Commencement Date occurs shall be paid, in advance, on the date hereof, in an amount prorated by (i) dividing the monthly installment of Basic Rent due for the month in which the Commencement Date occurs by the number of days in such month, and (ii) multiplying such sum by the numbers of days remaining in such month from and after the Commencement Date.
