Conflicts, Use of Terms. Where applicable, the defined terms in the Agreement and in this Addendum shall convey the same meanings. The terms and conditions contained in this Addendum are hereby incorporated into the Agreement by reference made herein. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of conflict between the terms and conditions of the Agreement and this Addendum, the terms and conditions of this Addendum shall prevail.
