CONFLICT OF INTEREST LAWS. (MA) Consultant shall review the Conflict of Interest provisions of 23 CFR 1.33 and 49 CFR 18.36(b)(3) under the terms of any Task Order and agrees to comply with all the Conflict of Interest provisions in order for LPA’s project to remain fully eligible for Federal funding. By signing this Master Agreement, Consultant certifies that Consultant is not aware of any financial or other interest Consultant has that would violate the terms of these federal provisions.
