Contractor Certification of Compliance Clause Samples

The Contractor Certification of Compliance clause requires the contractor to formally affirm that they have met all specified legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations relevant to the project. Typically, this involves the contractor submitting a signed statement or document confirming adherence to applicable laws, safety standards, or project requirements before receiving payment or project approval. This clause serves to ensure accountability and provides the client with assurance that the contractor is operating in accordance with all necessary rules, thereby reducing the risk of non-compliance and potential legal issues.
