However, such information shall be provided to Occupational Health Services, if required by the Employer. Occupational Health Services shall only release such necessary information to the employee’s immediate management supervisor, such as the duration or expected duration of the illness, the employee’s fitness to return to work, any limitations associated with the employee’s fitness to work, and whether the illness is bona fide.
