Conference Call. Upon request of the Line of Credit Lender, within five Business Days of the delivery of any financial statements referred to herein and at such times as the Line of Credit Lender may request on three (3) Business Days’ notice, the management of the Borrower shall host a conference call for the Line of Credit Lender to discuss such financial statements or current monthly financial results, as applicable. No fewer than three (3) Business Days prior to each conference call, Borrower shall notify the Line of Credit Lender of the time and date of such conference call and shall provide each Line of Credit Lender with access instructions to the conference call.
