Conduit Space Sample Clauses
The Conduit Space clause defines the rights and responsibilities regarding the use of designated spaces within a property for the installation and maintenance of utility conduits, such as electrical wiring, plumbing, or telecommunications cables. Typically, this clause specifies which party—landlord or tenant—may access, modify, or install conduits in these areas, and may outline requirements for restoration or notification. Its core function is to ensure that both parties understand how and when conduit spaces can be used, thereby preventing disputes over access, alterations, or repairs related to building utilities.
Conduit Space. After the expiration of the Lease Term, as the same may be extended, or earlier termination of the Lease, in the event Tenant desires to continue to utilize its fiber optic connections in the Weston Centre, Landlord and Tenant agree to negotiate in good faith for a space sufficient for such fiber optic connections and equipment in the Weston Centre.
Conduit Space. As of the Effective Date, the Conduit Space shall be expanded to include the additional conduit described in Exhibit “B” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

Such cable shall be installed by Ameritech or an Ameritech- approved vendor in the Conduit Space. Implementation Plan. The Implementation Team will study other methods for placement of Microwave Transmission Facilities as proposed by Requesting Carrier and may permit and set forth in the Implementation Plan (i) the installation of additional equipment ; (ii) additional media of transmission within Conduit Space; and (iii) placement of Microwave Transmission Facilities in other locations in addition to those set forth above. Bona Fide Request. Should Requesting Carrier request a type of equipment, medium of transmission or placement of equipment that is not specifically authorized by the foregoing provisions or tbe Implementation Plan such request shall be pursuant to a Bona Fide Request. All Microwave Transmission Facilities shall comply with applicable Technical References.
