Conditions Precedent to the Delivery of Additional Bonds. (A) One or more Series of Additional Bonds may be issued in accordance with this Section for any purpose of the Trust, including without limitation funding Projects or financing Loans under the Clean Water Program or Drinking Water Program contemplated by the Act, making deposits to one or more Funds, paying Costs of Issuance or refunding Outstanding Bonds, Prior Bonds or other obligations of the Trust.
