CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO OBLIGATIONS OF THE LENDERS. The obligations of the Lenders to make any Loan and of the Issuing Bank to issue any Letter of Credit and the performance by the Lenders of the other actions to be taken by them on or after the Closing Date are subject to the fulfillment or waiver in writing of each of the following conditions precedent. The Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent copies for each Lender of each document, instrument or other item to be delivered pursuant to this Section 6.
