Conditions Precedent to Issuing City Bonds for Public Use Improvements. It is recognized and agreed that the ability of the City to perform the obligations described in this Agreement, is subject to completion and satisfaction of certain separate City Council actions and required legal proceedings relating to the issuance of the City Bonds. All obligations of City to issue the City Bonds and construct Public Use Improvements are subject to each of the following Conditions Precedent:
