Conditions Precedent for the Abidjan Transport Project. (i) With respect to FER road maintenance, (i) prior to entry into force of the Compact, the Government must increase the fiscal allocation to FER by 20 per cent over the prior fiscal year’s total allocation of funding to FER, and (ii) thereafter during the Compact Term either
