Prior Fiscal Year definition

Prior Fiscal Year means the fiscal year beginning July 1 that is immediately prior to the fiscal year in which the KPPA provides the report to the state budget director's office and the Legislative Research Commission required by KRS 61.5991(3).
Prior Fiscal Year means, in relation to the issuer of a Share and a Selection Day, the fiscal year of such issuer immediately preceding the fiscal year of such issuer in which such Selection Day falls as determined by the CROCI Valuation Group.
Prior Fiscal Year means the fiscal year of the local government immediately preceding the coming fiscal year.
