Covenants and Restrictions Affecting Title. Landlord hereby represents and warrants to Tenant that, except as provided in Exhibit F. there are no conditions, covenants and/or restrictions affecting Landlord’s title to the Property that (i) conflict with any of the terms or conditions contained in this Lease or (ii) prohibit Tenant’s permitted use of the Premises pursuant to Section 6.1 of this Lease. Copies of all documents that may conflict with the terms of this Lease or affect Txxxxx’s use of the Premises, the Property, the parking areas or the Common Areas are attached hereto as Exhibit F.
