Leased Premise. 1. The room assigned to the Tenant is: Building Floor Rm. No. of Bed of the (Men’s/Women’s) Building of NTU Shui Yuan Dormitory. For table of improvement number and address of exclusively owned parts and jointly owned parts, please refer to Attachment 1 attached hereto.
2. The aforementioned room comes with furnishing as listed in Attachment 2 attached hereto. When the Tenant moves in, the Tenant and the Landlord shall confirm and handover all items listed one by one.

Leased Premise. Building No.2 Plant; the rental currency is RMB; the rent is based on RMB18 / per square meter / per month, for a total area of 2968.92 square meters. The total rental fee payable by Party B during the lease period is RMB _____________ , which shall be calculated from the date of delivery of the plant.
Leased Premise. In consideration of the lease, covenants, agreements and conditions hereinafter provided to be paid, kept, performed and observed, the Owner leases to the Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from the Owner the Leased Premise and Property described in Section 1.01 (D) and (E). Leased Premise.
