Concession Pricing Policy. Lessee shall cause Sublessees prices for the sale of food, beverage, retail and commercial services to be “Street Priced.” Lessee shall ensure retail, restaurant, commercial services offered at the Airport be comparable to the quality, portion or kind offered at similar locations or other comparable establishments in the Washington-Baltimore Region and that such pricing is based on and conforms to the Administration’s Street Pricing Policy. Where an item has a pre-marked or suggested retail price established by the manufacture or distributor, Lessee shall ensure Sublessee not charge a price higher than such pre-marked or suggested retail price (tax not included). Without exception, prices charged by Sublessees shall not exceed the range of prices from three separate non-Airport businesses, of comparable nature, ambiance, product and service lines, within the Washington- Baltimore Region, as selected by the Sublessee and approved by Lessee and the Administration. Notwithstanding the above, the Street Price for a good or service shall be determined as follows:

Concession Pricing Policy. “Concession Pricing Policy” or “Pricing Policy” shall mean the pricing policy under this Lease Agreement specifying that the prices of all items, including without limitation, all food service, retail merchandise, services, and supplies, sold at the Airport shall be no more than ten percent (10%) above the prices charged in comparable facilities within the Omaha-Council Bluffs, NE-IA Metropolitan Statistical Area (“Omaha MSA”) for items of a similar size, quantity, packaging, and quality.

  • Pricing Policy All of our prices are subject to change. Prices and price guarantees exclude taxes and fees, however designated, including, but not limited to applicable regulatory, PEG and franchise fees, and regulatory recovery fees, cost recovery charges, Subscriber Line Charges, Line Access charges and/or Network Line Fees, carrier access fees and/or other access fees, surcharges, excises, program related fees (such as universal service, telecom relay services for the visually/hearing impaired, rights-of-way access, and programs supporting the 911/E911 system), additional equipment, installation, service call and repair charges, late fees and usage-based and separately billed charges (collectively, the “Separate Fees and Charges”). Any promotional, discounted or guaranteed price for service applies only to the price of the particular service or services identified, and excludes the Separate Fees and Charges. Not all of the Separate Fees and Charges apply to all services, or in all service locations. Any applicable money-back guarantee given at the time Customer subscribes to the WOW! service is available only to first- time subscribers for refund of the first regular monthly payment made by Customer for the WOW! service (excluding taxes and other fees, equipment charges, optional service charges, WOW! OnDemand, pay- per-view, and long-distance and other usage based charges). Subject to applicable law, to be eligible for a money-back guarantee refund, Customers must: (i) timely pay for all services, taxes and fees, comply with applicable service agreement(s) and have returned all equipment; and (ii) disconnect and request a refund at the same time within thirty (30) days of service activation. The refund will not apply if service is reestablished by Customer within 180 days of disconnection. WOW!’s money-back guarantee policies are subject to change. Customers who have agreed to a minimum term arrangement (such as a Minimum Term Plan) are subject to additional terms, including early termination fees.

  • Changes in Insurance Requirements Not more frequently than once annually, if in the opinion of District the amount of the foregoing insurance coverages is not adequate or the type of insurance or its coverage adequacy is deemed insufficient, Contractor shall amend the insurance coverage as required by District's Risk Manager or designee.

  • Statement of Basic Principles A. Every employee covered by this Agreement shall have the right to present grievances in accordance with these procedures, with or without representation.
