COMPUTER LOAN PROGRAM. 4301 The parties agree to remove this subject from the Agreement and place it into the City’s Administrative Policy Manual. 4302 The parties agree further that no changes will be made to content of this Article as set forth in the 2004-05 Agreement without first giving employee representatives the opportunity to negotiate concerning the changes being proposed by the City. 4303 Notwithstanding the above, without the agreement of the parties, no changes shall be made to the content of this Article as set forth in the 2004-05 Agreement, which in the opinion of the employee representatives, impacts employee discipline.
