Computation of Fair Share Fee. The fair share fee for services rendered by the majority representative shall be in an amount to regular membership dues, initiation fees, and assessments of the majority representative, less the cost of benefits financed through the dues and available only to members of the majority representative, but in no event shall the fee exceed eighty-five percent (85%) of the regular membership fees, dues, and assessments.
