Common use of Compressed Schedule Clause in Contracts

Compressed Schedule. An employee on a compressed work week shall record as overtime any hours worked in excess of the applicable daily or weekly schedule. In the case of a compressed work schedule based on a cycle of shifts through two or more weeks, any hours in excess of the number of hours per week times the number of weeks in the cycle shall be recorded as overtime.
