Common use of Comprehensive Liability Clause in Contracts

Comprehensive Liability. insurance indemnifying Lessor and Lessee against all claims and demands for any injury to person or property which may be claimed to have occurred on the Premises or on the sidewalks or ways adjoining the Premises, in amounts which shall, at the beginning, of the term, be not less than $1,500,000 for property damage, $1,500,000 for injury or death of one person, and $1,500,000 for injury or death of more than one person in any single accident, and, from time to time during the term, shall be, in such higher amounts, if any, as are customarily carried in the metropolitan Boston area on property similar to the Premises and used for similar purposes.
