Comprehensive Liability. Comprehensive General Liability Insurance and Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance with limits of not less than: COVERAGE LIMITS OF LIABILITY
Comprehensive Liability. A general comprehensive liability insurance policy including a contractual liability endorsement, naming Landlord arid any mortgagee or ground lessor of the Building as additional insured parties, in an amount of not less than $1,000,000 per person, $5,000,000 per occurrence, and $5,000,000 for damages or injury to property, with not more than $2,500 deductible.
Comprehensive Liability insurance as to each Leased Property in amounts equal to the greater of (i) One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) for each occurrence and Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) in the aggregate, or (ii) the limits of liability generally required under the franchise agreements or other agreements pursuant to which Tenant operates the Businesses conducted on or about each Leased Property.
Comprehensive Liability insurance indemnifying Landlord and Tenant against all claims and demands for (i) injury to or death of any person or damage to or loss of property, on the Premises or adjoining walks, streets or ways, or connected with the use, condition or occupancy of any thereof unless caused by the negligence of Landlord or its servants or agents, (ii) violation of this Lease, or (iii) any act, fault or omission, or other misconduct of Tenant or its agents, contractors, licensees, sublessees or invitees, in amounts which shall, at the beginning of the Term, be at least equal to the limits set forth in Section 1.1, and, from time to time during the Term, shall be for such higher limits, if any, as are customarily carried in the area in which the Premises are located on property similar to the Premises and used for similar purposes; and shall be written on the "Occurrence Basis" and include Host Liquor liability insurance;
Comprehensive Liability insurance indemnifying Lessor and Lessee against all claims and demands for any injury to person or property which may be claimed to have occurred on the Premises or on the sidewalks or ways adjoining the Premises, in amounts which shall, at the beginning, of the term, be not less than $1,500,000 for property damage, $1,500,000 for injury or death of one person, and $1,500,000 for injury or death of more than one person in any single accident, and, from time to time during the term, shall be, in such higher amounts, if any, as are customarily carried in the metropolitan Boston area on property similar to the Premises and used for similar purposes.
Comprehensive Liability. Bodily injury and property damage for which the Contractor is responsible with limits of $2,000,000 per person and $2,000,000 per occurrence.
Comprehensive Liability. Insurance covering production of the Picture against, among other things, all claims for bodily injury, personal injury or property damage which arise in connection with the Picture, including, without limitation, coverage for all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles (both on and off camera) with minimum liability limits of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000).
Comprehensive Liability. The CONSULTANT shall provide, pay for and maintain in effect, during the term of this Agreement, a policy of comprehensive general liability insurance with limits of at least $1,000,000 aggregate for bodily injury and $1,000,000 aggregate for property damage. The CONSULTANT shall deliver to the DIRECTOR a Certification of Insurance naming the CITY as additional insured. The policy shall not be modified or terminated without thirty (30) days prior written notice to the DIRECTOR. The Certificate of Insurance which shall include Contractual obligation assumed by the ARCHITECT under Article 10 entitled “Indemnification” shall be provided. This insurance shall apply as primary insurance with respect to any other insurance or self-insurance programs afforded to the CITY. There shall be no endorsement or modification of this insurance to make it excess over other available insurance, alternatively, if the insurance states that it is excess or prorated, it shall be endorsed to be primary with respect to the CITY.
Comprehensive Liability. Insurance (including bodily and personal injury, property damage, owned, non-owned, leased or hired automobiles, contractual liability, completed operations liability, and contractor's protective liability for loss or damage to property and injury to or death of third parties. Such coverage shall provide a limit of $1,000,000.00 combined single limit bodily injury and property damage for each occurrence subject to an aggregate limit of $1,000,000.00.
Comprehensive Liability. A commercial general liability insurance policy or policies in which the Landlord and Landlord's mortgagee(s) (and such additional persons and/or entities as Landlord may request) and Tenant shall be the insured, protecting the Landlord and Landlord's mortgagee(s) (and such additional persons and/or entities as Landlord may request) and Tenant in the amount of at least Three Million and No/100 Dollars ($3,000,000.00) combined, single limit coverage for bodily injury, including death, or property damage, which amount may be increased from time to time by Landlord in its reasonable determination;
