Compliance with Safety Laws. The Contractor shall be responsible for compliance with all Federal, State and local Legal Requirements related to safety, traffic, highway, fire, health and environmental protection including, but not limited to those listed below, all as may be amended from time to time, and all standards, rules and regulations which have been or shall be promulgated by the parties or agencies which administer the same:
