Common use of Compliance with DBE Requirements Clause in Contracts

Compliance with DBE Requirements. Unless otherwise provided in the Contract, if this Contract has a Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) participation goal, the Contractor is obligated to implement DBE participation consistent with its proposal immediately upon the commencement of the contract and to maintain this participation throughout the period of this Contract unless otherwise approved by the Authority. Alteration of any aspect of the DBE participation shall not occur without the prior written consent of the Authority.
