Compliance to Local, County, State and/or Federal Mandated Changes. (Applies to Software and interfaces to those Products) Unless otherwise stated herein, compliance to local, county, state and/or federally mandated changes, including but not limited to IBR, UCR, ECARS, NCIC and state interfaces are not part of the covered Services. (The below listed terms are applicable only when the Maintenance and Support Agreement includes (a) Equipment which is shown on the Description of Covered Products, Exhibit A to the Maintenance.)

  • OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET (OMB) AUDIT REQUIREMENTS The parties shall comply with the requirements of the Single Audit Act of 1984, P.L. 98-502, ensuring that the single audit report includes the coverage stipulated in 2 CFR 200.

Should the State determine that the contractor and/or any subcontractors be found noncompliant, the State may pursue all remedies allowed by law, including, but not limited to; suspension of work, termination of the contract for default and suspension and/or debarment of the contractor.
