Complaints Received by School. The School shall promptly forward to the Commission any formal complaints or concerns received by the School, including but not limited to complaints filed with the Office for Civil Rights, Maine Human Rights Commission, and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and/or formal grievances filed by any party with the Board.
