COMPLAINTS HANDLING PROCEDURE. 8.1 Complaints shall be addressed, in the first instance, to the Customer Support Department. If the Client received a response from the Customer Support Department but deems that the complaint needs to be raised further, then the Client shall contact the Compliance Department. Both of the Departments shall examine the complaints as required by taking into account the Terms and Conditions of the Company.
