Fees/Commissions. Except as set forth on Schedule 2.1(t), Borrower has not agreed to pay any finder’s fee, commission, origination fee (except for the processing and commitment fees due pursuant to Section 1.2 hereof) or other fee or charge to any person or entity with respect to the Loan and investment transactions contemplated hereunder.
Fees/Commissions. The Company has not agreed to pay any finder's fee, commission, origination fee or other fee or charge to any person or entity with respect to or as a result of the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereunder, except for the processing fee due to Purchaser pursuant to Section 1.3 hereof.
Fees/Commissions. Seller shall pay UBSFS $ per share of Stock sold; with such amounts to be deducted by UBSFS from the proceeds of sales under this Trading Plan.

In the event of a local authority demanding repayment whether in part or in full of housing benefit from Xxxxxx Xxxxx and where the funds being demanded have been passed to the Landlord, then I/We acknowledge that I/We (the landlord) shall be responsible for refunding all monies to the agent without any deductions whatsoever immediately.

Each party to this Agreement warrants to -------------------- the other that no person or entity can properly claim a right to a real estate or investment banker's commission, finder's fee, acquisition fee or other brokerage-type compensation (collectively, "Real Estate Compensation") based upon the acts of that party with respect to the transaction contemplated by this Agreement. Each party hereby agrees to indemnify and defend the other against and to hold the other harmless from any and all loss, cost, liability or expense (including but not limited to attorneys' fees and returned commissions) resulting from any claim for Real Estate Compensation by any person or entity based upon such acts.

Fees/Commissions. Seller shall pay Bessemer its customary brokerage and other fees in connection with the sales of the Stock, such amounts to be deducted by Bessemer from the proceeds of sales under this Trading Plan.

No Borrower has agreed to pay any finder's fee, commission, origination fee (except for the processing and commitment fees due pursuant to Section 1.2 hereof and a commission payable to Xxxxx Xxxxxxx in the amount of $75,000) or other fee or charge to any person or entity with respect to the Loan and investment transactions contemplated hereunder.
