Compensatory Time Use. Agencies may allow an employee to use accrued vacation leave prior to using their compensatory time. Agencies will allow an employee to use their accrued vacation leave before using their compensatory time when it will result in a loss of their accrued vacation leave. Compensatory time will be used and scheduled in the same manner as vacation leave, as in Article 11, Vacation Leave. An employee may use compensatory time for Domestic Violence Leave.
