– COMPENSATION TO INSPECTOR. A. DISTRICT agrees to pay INSPECTOR in accordance with EXHIBIT “A”. The rates set forth in Exhibit “A” shall be valid for the entire term of this AGREEMENT and shall not be increased during the term of this AGREEMENT. Compensation shall be based on actual hours worked; the District does not allow for minimum hours.

  • Compensation to Engineer A. City agrees to pay to Engineer for all services outlined in Section III, a base design fee in an amount not to exceed $254,160.00. The following services are not included in this base fee:

  • Eligibility for Overtime Compensation (a) Overtime compensation rates for all hours worked in excess of the workday and workweek identified below shall be as follows:

  • PROFESSIONAL COMPENSATION A. The basic salaries of teachers covered by this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated in this Agreement. Such salary schedule shall remain in effect during the designated periods.
