Compensation Schedules. 1. The Compensation Schedule for 2018-2021 school year shall be set forth in Appendixes A-C1. 2. New hires will receive a total of $200.00 per day that they may be required to work prior to the start of the school calendar years. 3. Longevity: Bargaining unit members who have been on the last step of the BA+36/MA, MA+15, MA+30, MA+45, or MA+60/DOC columns for one or more years shall be compensated as follows:
