The appropriate charges will be determined by the routing of the call. If SouthEast is the AT&T end user’s presubscribed interexchange carrier or if the AT&T end user uses SouthEast as an interexchange carrier on a 101XXXX basis, AT&T will charge SouthEast the appropriate AT&T tariff charges for originating switched access services.
