Common use of Compensation for In-service Clause in Contracts

Compensation for In-service. 13 (1) Unit members will be paid their regularly hourly rate for each clock hour of approved in-service 14 education occurring outside the regular workday. Prior approval by the Superintendent will be 15 required.
