Common use of Company Resources Clause in Contracts

Company Resources. Except as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Transaction Document, or with the prior approval of the Board, the Company shall not pay to or use for the benefit of any Member, funds, assets, credit or other resources of any kind or description of the Company. Funds of the Company shall be deposited only in the accounts of the Company in the Company’s name, shall not be commingled with funds of any Member, and shall be withdrawn only upon such signature or signatures as may be designated in writing from time to time by the Managing Member.
