Commonwealth Supporting Documents. (i) Copies of certificates and other documents of the Commonwealth not referred to in Section 4.01(a) approving the execution and delivery of the Related Documents to which the Commonwealth is a party, approving the form of the Related Documents to which it is not a party and the other matters contemplated hereby and thereby, certified by an Authorized Representative as being true and complete and in full force and effect on the Closing Date;
