The parties hereto hereby undertake to perform the necessary steps and to subscribe the private and public deeds required after the subscription of this Purchasing Contract, aimed at complying with the provisions therein, that is to say, transferring the shares subject matter of this contract and Buyer acquiring a majority stake in Banco de Chile.
