Commitment of Government. 61. The Government will honor its commitments in accordance with the provisions of the Standard Basic Assistance Agreement (SBAA) of 19 January 1987. The Government shall apply the provisions of the Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the United Nations agencies to UNFPA’s property, funds and assets and to its officials and consultants. In addition, the Government will accord to UNFPA and its officials and to other persons performing services on behalf of UNFPA, the privileges, immunities and facilities as set out in the SBAA.

This notification shall include a description of the allegation, the identity of the investigating or prosecuting agency, and the status of such investigation or legal proceeding. Progenity shall also provide written notice to OIG within 30 days after the resolution of the matter, and shall provide OIG with a description of the findings and/or results of the investigation or proceeding, if any.

SELLER shall assist LOCKHEED XXXXXX in securing appropriate offset credits from the respective country government authorities.
