Commercial Outlets And Trade Shows. Commercial Outlets And Retail Stores Party Time Mixes allows independent permanent retail stores (such as restaurants, grocers, wineries or liquor stores, etc.) to sign up as Party Time Mixes Independent Consultants with the understanding they plan to sell Party Time Mixes products on a cash-and-carry basis in their privately owned establishments with the understanding that the Party Time Mixes Independent Consultants will price the Party Time Mixes products as they are priced on the retail websites (unless specifically stated otherwise per company policy). Price undercutting and price inflation is strictly prohibited. Party Time Mixes Independent Consultants must represent the PTM company honestly and appropriately. Party Time Mixes Independent Consultants are also permitted to offer Party Time Mixes products for sale in any independent permanent retail stores (such as restaurants, grocers, wineries or liquor stores, etc.) in which a promotional display may be exhibited for the generation of leads and/or the collection of orders with the understanding that the Party Time Mixes Independent Consultants will price the Party Time Mixes products as they are priced on the retail websites (unless specifically stated otherwise per company policy). A promotional display may be exhibited for the generation of leads or the collection of orders in conjunction with a MAPLE ORGANICS event. This display will consist of no more than one of each product, approved display, business cards, as well as samples and promotional materials acquired from MAPLE ORGANICS In addition you may not sell on the sidewalk of a retail establishment or from your car in the parking lot of a retail establishment.
