Commencement Order. 31.1 The Housing Authority shall fix the date on which performance of each Job Order is to commence and advise the Contractor thereof by Order to start Works issued by the Supervisor or Procurement Officer. The Contractor shall confirm acceptance of the Job Order within three (3) working days from the receipt of the Order to start Works.
