The Parties agree that this document may be signed by hand or by electronic means as determined by the Company, in the latter case, instead of an original handwritten signature, this Agreement, as well as any consent, approval or other related documents. with it, they may be signed through the use of electronic, digital, numerical, alphanumeric, voiceprint, biometric or any other form of signature and that said alternative means of signature and the records where said signatures are applied, will be considered for all purposes, including but not limited to civil, commercial, consumer protection legislation and NOM - 151 - SCFI -2016, with the same force and consequences as the original physical handwritten signature of the signing party. If this Contract and/or any other document related to it is signed by electronic or digital means, the Parties agree that the Contract formats and other documents signed in this way will be kept and will be available to the User, for which agree that each and all information sent at the time of entering into this Contract will be considered as delivered at the time it is sent, as long as there is confirmation of receipt. By virtue of the foregoing, the Parties agree that it is their agreement that this Contract is signed: (i) either in 2 (two) original amounts, each one with full validity; I; (ii) through the electronic means indicated above, where the Parties expressly agree that they will record their consent, based on the provisions of the applicable legislation. Signing of the Contract. 13.1 The successful tenderer shall be required to execute an AGREEMENT in the proforma attached with TENDER DOCUMENT within 15 days of the receipt by him of the Notification of Acceptance of Tender.
