Combined Financial Results. Parent covenants and agrees for the benefit of the Persons specified in Schedules 3.25 and 5.11 that, as promptly as practicable following the Effective Time, and in any event no later than 40 days after the end of the calendar month in which the Effective Time occurs, it will publicly release the financial results of Parent and Company that includes a 30-day period following the Effective Time.
