College’s Responsibilities. 4.1 The management and direction of all Faculty Members and operations are vested exclusively in the College. All the functions, rights, power and authority which the College has not specifically abridged, deleted or modified by the written, specific provisions of this Collective Agreement or by amendments to this Collective Agreement made in accordance with clause 43.1 are recognized by the Union as being retained by the College.
