Common use of Collection of Fees Clause in Contracts

Collection of Fees. EROAD may enter into factoring arrangements, assign its receivables or enter into other arrangements with third parties in relation to the payment and collection of the Price or Fees. EROAD may also appoint an agent to collect any overdue amount and may pass on Customer information for that purpose. Customer will reimburse EROAD and its agent for all reasonable costs, expenses and legal fees incurred in enforcing Customer’s payment obligations.
