Common use of Co-Chairs and Meeting Minutes Clause in Contracts

Co-Chairs and Meeting Minutes. The task force will designate co-chairs to prepare an agenda prior to each meeting. Minutes for each meeting will be prepared and furnished to members of the task force prior to the next meeting. Each co-chair will alternate months to chair the meeting. The minutes and information furnished by the Hospital to the Union and its task force members in connection with the functioning of the task force are to be deemed confidential, and may be disclosed to other persons only by mutual agreement of the Hospital and the Union.
