CNA Premium Clause Samples

The CNA Premium clause defines the payment terms and obligations related to the premium owed under a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) service agreement. Typically, this clause specifies the amount, frequency, and method of premium payments required from the client to the service provider, and may outline consequences for late or missed payments. Its core practical function is to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of the financial commitments involved, thereby reducing the risk of payment disputes and ensuring the smooth provision of CNA services.
